Third Man Photo Studio

Film is a motherfucker. I often ask myself why I still shoot it. It’s cheaper to shoot an AR-15 these days than 35mm film. But there is a certain nostalgia that goes with the grain. So every now and then I dust off the F3P and run through a few rolls. Where I live you have zero options for development unless you do it yourself. The closest lab is around 2 hours away. So I decided to give Third Man a try. The process is simple and straight forward. You fill out a form and mail it in with your film. Once your scans are done they send you an invoice and a drop box link. If you want your negatives back it’s an extra five bucks. FYI, they mail them in batches so it might take a few weeks. Average turn around time is 7-10 days. Below are a few shots of Fuji 400 they developed for me.
